Mr. Malka was elected as a director by our Board of Directors in 2016.Since 2008, Mr. Malka has been a Founder and Chairman of Nyotron, a cyber security provider based in Israel and USA. Since 2016, Mr. Malka is also serving as a Founder and Chairman of Spire Security Solutions Ltd, a security, intelligence and cyber security. From 2007 until 2015 Mr. Malka served as the Chairman of the Board and CEO of Logic Industries. From 2007 - 2010 he served as Chairman of the Board of Plasan Sasa. Mr. Malka Retired from the IDF in 2002 at the rank of Major General. He served as commander of the IDF Ground Forces Command, and later as Head of the Israeli Defense Intelligence. Mr. Malka holds B.A. in history from Tel Aviv University (1987), graduated from the IDF Staff & Command College (1980) and it's National Defense Academy(1987).
Mr. Igal Zamir - President & CEO
Mr. Zamir was appointed as TAT’s President and CEO in April 30, 2016. Prior to joining TAT, from 2009 until 2013, Mr. Zamir served as President at Mapco Express, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Delek US Holdings Inc., which owns and operates 370 convenient stores and gas stations in the southeastern region of the U.S. Prior to Mapco Express from 2006 until 2009, Mr. Zamir served as CEO of Metrolight, a provider of proprietary energy saving solutions in High Intensity Discharge (HID) lighting systems. Prior to Metrolight from 1998 until 2004, Mr. Zamir served as CEO of Rostam, the world's largest and leading provider of private label tampons. Mr. Zamir holds B.S. in industrial engineering from Tel-Aviv University, Israel and an MBA from Bar-Ilan University, Israel.
Mr. Ehud Ben-Yair - Chief Financial Officer.
Mr. Ben Yair has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer at TAT Technologies, Ltd. Since May 2018. Prior to his appointed, Mr. Ben- Yair served as the Chief Financial Officer of SHL Telemedicine a public company traded on the Swiss stock exchange (SIX- SHLTN) engaging in the field of digital health. Between 2012-2016, Mr. Ben Yair has served as the Chief Financial Officer of Opgal Optronics, a subsidiary of Elbit Systems (NASDAQ – ESLT), developing and manufacturing thermal imaging cameras for military and civilian aerospace markets. Prior to that, Mr. Ben- Yair has served for 8 years as the Chief Financial Officer of Orad Hi-Tech Systems, a public company traded on the AIM and German stock exchange (OHT), developing, manufacturing and selling proprietary hardware to TV stations and broadcasters. Mr. Ben Yair is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.A. in Economics and Accounting from the Ben -Gurion University in Israel.
Ms. Orly Dolev- Executive Vice President Human Resources
Ms. Dolev serves as TAT’s corporate HR Manager, since August 2016. Prior to her appointed at TAT, Ms. Dolev served as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Logic Industries, a public-safety and security company, for 5 years. Prior to that, from 2009 until 2011, Ms. Dolev has served as a Human Resources Director, at SkyVision Global Networks, a global communications service provider, offering solutions over satellite and fiber optic systems. Ms, Dolev, holds a B.A. degree in Political Sciences and Sociology from Tel-Aviv University, Israel, M.A. in Organizational Management from University of Phoenix, L.A., CA, and a certification in Human Resorces Management from UCLA, L.A, CA.
Mr. Liron Topaz- Executive Vice President Sales & Marketing
Mr. Liron Topaz serves as TAT’s Sales and Marketing Executive Vice President, since February 2017. Prior to joining TAT, Mr. Topaz served as a Vice President at A.L. GROUP and has managed and lead business development structure and marketing strategy of the entire group which included four Manufacturing Facilities, five trading companies around the globe and 1500 employees. Mr. Topaz holds a B.A. degree in Management and Economics from the Open University- Israel, and M.B.A degree in Business administration from Peres Academic Center, Israel.
Mr. Dan Doron- Executive Vice President Technology & Engineering
Mr. Doron, was appointed TAT’s EVP Technology and Engineering in March 2018. Prior to joining TAT, from 2014 to 2018, Mr. Doron was with Israel Chemicals, a multi-national manufacturing concern that develops, produces and markets fertilizers, metals and other special-purpose chemical products, most recently as VP CAPEX. Prior to Israel Chemicals, between 1997and 2014, Mr. Doron held various management and engineering positions at Intel Israel. Mr. Doron retired from the IDF in 1997 at the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel after 11 years of service in the Armored Corps. Mr. Doron served in various field command roles as well as commanded over a unit responsible for electro-optic and fire control weapons development within the Armored Corps. Mr. Doron holds a B.Sc. Mechanical Engineering from Ben Gurion University and has completed graduate work in Mechanical Engineering at Tel Aviv University.
